FreeStyle Libre Reader & Sensor

• With a one-second scan, you can check your glucose anytime you want. Each scan of the reader over the sensor shows the current glucose reading, the last 8 hours of data and a trend arrow indicating if glucose is going up, down or staying steady.
• The reader stores 90 days of glucose data, so you can see a complete picture of your glucose levels over 3 months.
• The FreeStyle Libre reader can capture data from within 1cm to 4cm of the sensor, even through clothing.
• To get a 24-hour glycaemic picture, users need to scan at least once every 8 hours.
• Using the supplied disposable applicator, FreeStyle Libre sensor can be easily applied and stays on the back of your upper arm for upto 14 days.
• FreeStyle Libre sensor can even be worn while you shower, swim, bathe or exercise.
• FreeStyle Libre is the only factory-calibrated glucose monitoring system. You don't need to recalibrate it again and again with painful finger pricks.
• The sensor is water resistant upto 1 meter (3 feet) of water. Do not immerse longer than 30 minutes.

    *A finger prick test using a blood glucose meter is required during times of rapidly changing glucose levels when interstitial fluid glucose levels may not accurately reflect blood glucose levels or if hypoglycemia or impending hypoglycemia is reported by the system or when symptoms do not match the system readings
